Drainage Options

Some crawl spaces are wet and require a drainage system underneath the "CleanSpace" Liner. We can recommend an appropriate drainage system that is best for your crawl space conditions.

A Basement System Super Sump will be utilized and or static drains. The Super Sump has a reliable 1/3 hp cast iron pump, in a strong durable liner. The sump features an airtight lid to keep the moisture in and critters, and animals out. Also a WaterWatch alarm to let you know if a pump failure ever happens.

Once the water problem has been solved then the clean space liner can be installed. This will provide a complete package for water moisture protection. Even areas with concrete floors can be addressed.
